Needed a new pair of walking shoes after mine ripped my feet to bits. Hobbled in, picked a good pair, reasonably priced, good quality. Helpful, friendly staff. Great stuff.
Marshall's is my "go to" shop for shoes. Their selection is fantastic and I have bought many pairs of Rieker shoes over several years. For the first time I have used mail order. The shoes were well packed and arrived very promptly, and I'm delighted with them.
Recently ordered 2 pairs of one of my favourite brands of shoes, "Rieker". Order came quickly and packed nicely. Both pairs look really nice and fit perfectly, so I shall be keeping them. Pleased with service from Marshalls as this was my first time of ordering from them. I shall certainly use their website again.
I bought a pair of Barbour sandals from this almost a year ago, the sandal strap snapped after wearing them only 10-15 times max at home and in the garden. I was very frustrated at the fact this more expensive brand lasted nowhere near as long as a much cheaper unbranded pair they replaced which I wore for about 6 years and never broke. When I submitted my poor product review, this company responded immediately inviting me to send them back and they would exchange or refund the money once investigated. So I did return them the very next day with the returns label provided, and I am now just waiting for my exchanged items which ‘Katie’ the agent who replied to my email confirms she had left a pair aside for me. I am super impressed by the speedy no quibble service from this company confirming I can and will buy from them again with full confidence. Well done Marshall shoes and Katie of course! Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed. Bought a pair of Loake Men's Princeton Moccasin Leather Loafers. Leather is not soft like a true moccasin/loafer. Shoes let in water at the toes on a damp road. Marshalls' customer services were unsympathetic, aggressive and rude. For me, this trader, never again.p pp in
Took my elderly neighbour for some shoes as he has swollen feet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have an extensive range, and he's delighted to have some shoes that fit.
Just got delivery of a pair of mens brown suede Loake shoes. Shoes were exactly as advertised on Amazon and look great. Shoes were delivered within the advertised time. Will use Marshall Shoes again. I don't normally leave reviews, but was impressed with the product.
I first visited Marshalls over 20 years ago and we were served by a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. Have recently ordered shoes online and the service was excellent. Visited again today and although the shop has moved, nothing about the service has changed. Traditional shop, perfect service and great choice in styles and sizes. What's not to like. Thank you.
Excellent value for a quality well made shoe. Purchased 2 x pairs of Ikon Selecta in black and burgundy both pairs very stylish and comfortable after breaking them in. Exactly the same quality and style as the pairs I used to have back in the 70s and 80s.
