I am having to right a review on here because Land Rover Leicester are not resolving the problem they have caused me.nI attended Land Rover Leicester over a week ago for a part update.nI gave my key in with a blocking pouch connected to my key for security. They had my car for three hours and on the return of my key,the key pouch was missing. I asked where my key pouch has gone, they told me it was left on the seat of my car, on looking no key pouch. I returned to the desk to tell them this, I waited half an hour to be told that they had lost it and would replace it guaranteed the next day at their expense, rightly so. A week on, one email and three phone calls later I am still no nearer to my key pouch being replaced that they have lost. This is such an unnecessary problem I am experiencing. I cannot believe I am receiving such a poor and inadequate service that a big company like Land Rover is doing to a loyal customer.
Extremely rude and unprofessional service at Marshall Leicester. Back in November 2023 while driving back from work my Range Rover Velar 22Reg and approx 15k mileage lost all braking. Rang the assistance service and was given a like for like replacement vehicle the very next day.nnWe were very happy with the service till this point however then the nightmare began. Firstly we did not hear anything back for approximately 2 months and had to constantly call every 2-3 weeks to follow up. Finally Marshall Leicester decided to send the car to JLR and as per JLR the brakes on the car are worn out. I have added the pictures of the brakes I took today for reference and would like some feedback. As per Marshals and JLR this cannot be fixed under warranty which is understood as any consumable is never covered. My biggest concern is they do not understand the seriousness of this issue, I find it difficult to believe how did a car loose all its capacity braking suddenly. A car which was braking perfectly fine in the morning suddenly has lost all 4 brakes and discs while it was parked. The dash board has a low brake fluid light. They want me to return the replacement car and have not emailed or even printed any diagnostic reports.nnI am soo lost please suggest what should I do?
Had extremely poor customer service post sale of the vehicle which very likely had problem when I bought this vehicle 6 weeks ago. This makes me think was the 200 point check mentioned during purchase was valid and reliable? The customer service when tried to book my car to be repaired was extremely poor standard and the issue prevailed even when I was informed that the issue has been rectified when I collected the vehicle. I had to use their chat function today to try and rebook this car to be looked at and when asked how long I was told they cannot specify. Have been left with a non functioning important issue with my car and unsure how long will it take for this to be looked at again and if they will be able to rectify the issue.
Very disappointing after sales service, my car developed a fault with the fan belt and tensioner only after 6000 miles from brand new. I called up to book an appointment to have the car repaired, the nearest appointment they gave me was 2 months away. When I dropped my car to them after 2 months, I was told that I have to wait 2 more weeks until parts arrives, I went back after 2 weeks to be told that they have ordered the wrong parts and that I will have to wait for 2 more weeks for the repair to be completed. This has been going on now for nearly 3 Months and I still have no solution in sight. Absolutely awful after sale service.
