Recently bought a used approved car from Marshall and was very happy with the service they gave me. They found me a car to my specification and arranged the test drive etc very promptly. They did try to up-sell added services but this is standard. They were clear about the cars specifications and whether it would suit me. Overall very impressed and would use them again.
We took our 2016 RR Sport to Marshall LR Cheltenham last week for its 8-year service. We’ve owned this vehicle for a year we bought it from a different LR main dealer with LR Extended Warranty. Marshall carried out a Vehicle Health Check and discovered items needing attention and then proactively contacted LR to get this work done as part of the Extended Warranty with no cost to us.nnWe want to thank Jack Ferguson at Marshall LR Cheltenham who over the next 9 days kept us updated with phone calls and the fantastic online “Plan My Service” system and also negotiated with LR Extended Warranty on our behalf.nnWe change our cars frequently and encounter many different main dealers – some good, some average, some below average – this was our first time dealing with Marshall LR Cheltenham for a service and thanks to Jack Ferguson our experience was exceptionally good.

We can not speak highly enough about Marshall Land Rover and of Richard Allison and his team. After using our local Land Rover in Bristol and being extremely unhappy with the service and staff it is more than worth doing the two hour round trip from Nailsea to get our car looked after by Richard.
