The worst customer service.nBooked car in and booked a loan car, said I must have a car as need for work etc. they assured me I would have one. Arrived there on the day and they said they don’t have a car, nothing I could do about it. female receptionist said I could book back in weeks later, then said my car was late for service anyway so she was basically trying to twist it and make out it was my fault.nThe receptionist/booking woman is the snobbiest most unhelpful woman. Rude and did not do anything to try and fix. Not apologetic at all.nI had been here before and said to myself I would never return, I decided to give them another chance but the front of house are awful. Should not work customer facing. I will never go back here
My dad, Dan C asked me to leave this review.nWe needed our BMW X6 looked at and sorted asap. Team was very prompt in attending not always the case and communication was also so much better than in the past. Everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently and without any problems. Very happy on this occasion.nMany thanks to the team and especially to Tracy I hope that's how it's spelt
Took my MINI here to have some safety recall work done. Couldn’t recommend this team enough the work was carried out in the time frame they estimated. And have had 0 issues afterwards. Huge thank you to Tracey and her team for making me feel valued and very well looked after.
I am so pleased with the repair the guys at BMW did on my beloved Z4. AVOID AVOID AVOIDnnThis is the second time I have had a major issue with the communication and attitude of BMW Marshalls in Bournemouth service department.nI have recently purchased a new BMW I5 Touring. Upon delivery there were two technical faults and a profile fault. The car went in last week to have the faults rectified. Once home I was called back immediately to state the car was complete. I was very surprised given the car had been with them for less than an hour. When I picked up the car and got home two of the three issues were still not rectified. I phoned the service department immediately who told me a master technician would remotely access the car and determine the faults. No surprise the faults still existed.nI then took the car back today to have the faults rectified.nI was handled by the supervisor who was the same person who handled my previous car. Firstly when I said they would need to keep the tracker device to move the car, I was questioned why and who had fitted it. I stated BMW to which I got questioned on why they would need to keep the tracker fob. Surely anyone knows that without it, if the car is moved I will be contacted immediately to tell me that the car has been stolen.nI was then told that they would need the car for a number of days, something that was not mentioned before. Also how do you know this before you’ve even looked at the fault. I was then told that the car would definitely need parts! The car is 4 weeks old. Again I’m surprised the supervisor can state this before it’s even gone in the workshop. When I questioned this, I was told that this would be the case with no real explanation. I said that for a new car to require new parts was unacceptable. To which I was told that to be fair the I5 was a new product and was having technical problems! And I should not be surprised by this! I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing. No, BMW should not launch cars with technical issues! This car is in excess of £100k! The attitude of the supervisor was appalling on this occasion and before with my M4. I’m amazed that BMW want representatives stating that the latest cars have technical issues with no care or consideration of how that makes the consumer feel.nDue to the attitude of the supervisor I left the building with my car as I have absolutely no faith in BMW Marshalls service department.nLet’s not mention the visit last week where I had to navigate around dog poo on the front entrance, non working coffee machines and a service car with less than 25 miles of fuel in it.nI will never use BMW Marshall again and I would 100% avoid them.nI’m looking forward to seeing the standard BMW Marshall response to this which seems to be on every bad review! Another sign that they do not care.
