I have recently been dealing with the staff from, I believe, the Burnley office. I cannot praise them enough for their friendly, professional manner and the way in which they dealt with my problem. Outstanding customer service. Well done Marsden.
Excellent customer focused service by friendly and helpful staff who all go the extra mile to help. I wish that all financial organisations / banks were this proficient.
The only thing I would change about Marsden Building Society is to provide cash machines to enable customers to withdraw cash out of hours.
Always friendly staff, nice, clean, new modern building
40% Deposit for all flats needed; crazy!
