We had a lovely stay at Marlyn Bed & Breakfast. We attended a wedding at Sandy Cove and decided we would stay here. I'm so glad we did. Gwen is so lovely and welcoming. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast, and good location.nThank you so much Gwen.
A lovely warm welcome from our host Gwen and we felt comfortable straight away. We had rooms that were clean and beds were so comfortable. Wonderful views, fantastic breakfasts served in an olde world, farmhouse dining room and the whole experience a pleasure. Gwen and Matt were so lovely to us all and we would highly recommended their lovely B and B to anyone wanting to stay there.
Forget fancy hotels with fancy prices. Just enjoy the warm welcome and hospitality which you will receive from staying at Marlyn's B&B. Gwen's perfect breakfasts will set you up for the day having enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable sleep in the beautiful bedrooms - ours luckily looking over to the coastline. It is to be highly recommended and great value too.
This was our second stay as a family of 4. Gwen was very accommodating with rooms for travel cot etc.nThe breakfast is yummy and you get lots of it. Matt’s fried bread was best I’ve had!nWe had Gwen cook us dinner one night during stay and that too was great food. Very generous in portion sizes.nWe look forward to going back again.
A really fantastic B&B, we loved our stay at Marlyn’s. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, with fresh milk, tea and biscuits in our bedroom. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and our room had views looking out over the sea and stunning coastline. Continental breakfast was lovely, including eggs, smoked salmon and fresh bread. We will be back!
