Dreadful customer service and ineffective management. Told me two weeks ago to do one thing and now something different and I’m psychically meant to know. Rude rude rude. Spoke to the manager about a rude lady serving and he basically justified we do different things depending how busy it is. So it’s ok to be rude is it? And how on earth are customers meant to know where to go to order fuel/coffee/groceries.
As good as Simple M&S food gets. Good produce fast good quality. All round very good , Nice!
Terrible service by some staff..
