Had a late night issue with BP Impulse charging station and Mohit one of the garage attendants was super helpful despite my irrate ramblings about charging point efficacy. Sorted it all, charged my car and sent us on our way. So in terms of helpfulness this garage has good people on hand. BP need to work on their charging point access, its unnecessarily convoluted, but thats not the fault of the people that work there. Thank you
Gone there the one night with a lady serving just to know that I couldn't be served with a luxury hot chocolate. The next day I went again with a guy this time everything was fine.. like really guys.. otherwise you have the best banana, pineapple smoothie
Filthy toilets and floors, which are transferred into food shop. Totally disgusting. Staff attitude ignorant and off hand when complaint made. I didn’t want to leave any stars but I was unable to post this, so left one as the food looked ok. BP and M & S need to get a grip because these complaints appear to date back at least five years. In the meantime, DON’T USE THIS SHOP!
We stopped at the petrol station to buy some food and eat it after long delays for a flight since it was 1 am and we had to drive for 3 hrs with 2 small children on the back. Several days later we received a parking fine because supposedly you can only stop for 30 min max at the back of the petrol station. Being as it is the only place you can purchase food at that time and stop to eat it safely in the vicinity of the airport to ensure a safe drive, it seems you want to put your customers in danger. I am gobsmaked.
One of the shop assistants was very helpful. We had an issue with the gas cap in our car. She came in rapidly and fixed it.
