Good to have an M&S outlet here, but it's a shame that it isn't a bigger store with more variety and choice. I was expecting something much better. On the occasions that I have been there, the parking has proved to be totally inadequate. I feel that M&S misjudged the demand their store has created.

Unbelievable asked for a large latte eventually got a small one daughter asked for a frappe after while cashier. Asked old boy down ither end is it coming im to busy you will have to get manager the reply, he was getting out sausage rolls while swearing in front of my daughter no one else knew how to make on we walked out

New petrol station. You can do shopping there but being a Mark's and Spencer's the prices can be a little more than other place's. They do do hot snacks and coffee. No car wash tho.

Very clean and spacious, has a very relaxed feel. Staff are really friendly too!

Just visited the Garage, I was discusing something with my daughter so left my car door open to carry on my conversation, the power crazy cashier left me standing for ages at the pump when he made eye contact with me I gestured to the pump he then says through the window CLOSE YOUR DOOR ! I slammed my door ending my conversation with my daughter so I could get my diesel. When my daughter went to pay the male cashier was confrontational with my daughter & refused to serve her, I then had to get out my car & go in to pay by this time I am raising my voice to him about closing my door to which he lied & said ITS THE LAW YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR DOOR. I know this to be untrue & a blatent lie, he then proceded to stare me down & not take payment from me, another cashier apologised & took my payment with no fuss. The power crazy idiot of a cashiers name is GEORGE EDWARDS this person is a disgrace to BP & should be sacked immediately. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER !
