A fairly large M&S store offering men's, women's and children's clothing, a home department, café and foodhall.nnWe mostly use the café and foodhall but on the odd occasion when we have bought items from other departments we have always be happy with the quality.nnThe café here can get very busy and is very popular, particularly with the older generation and young families. Prices have gone up in recent times but are mostly comparable to other cafes in the area.nnThe foodhall offers a wide variety of typical supermarket items and you could probably by everything in your typical weekly shop. The fresh fruit section also offers a small selection of seasonal fruits you would not usually be able to buy in a supermarket. The foodhall can get very busy at times, particularly with the older generation.nnMost members of staff are very pleasant and helpful. There are, however, the odd few who seem to hate dealing with customers.nnThe shop shares a large car park with the rest of the retail park. This can get very busy at times particularly on the weekend and it can be difficult to find a parking space near the shop. There are a some disabled and 'parent and child' parking spaces near the shop entrance.
I bought jam doughnuts today yes I know very naughty in your store. Still warm very delicious. Lovely simple a wonderful treat, thank you .
The lady at the fitting room that assisted me with bra fitting service was absolutely brilliant. She was patient and so did not rush me and provided me with so many options to try without any rush. I could hear her talking to other customers whilst she was waiting for me to change and she was so friendly to them. Definitely recommend anyone that wants to try the service. I've never been fitted for bra before but with starting new job after maternity leave I feel glad I made the appointment.
Shopping at M&S Spytty yesterday, the staff couldn't, have been nicer .I spoke to two of the staff when I wanted something another came down from the storeroom to explain why an item I wanted wasn't available and Jo the lady on the checkout .They were all so polite and helpful ,an excellent shopping experience, thankyou .
Went shopping M&S Spitty looking for Christmas party dress for work , not the most confident women had no idea to to buy had a lovely lady approach me and asked if I needed any help and told her of my dilemma, she said how can I help and asked me questions like what I like to wear my favourite colour , went round the store with me helped me to pick and dress and look me to the ladies cha I said she took me to the ladies changing room, I I showed her what my dress looked like, and I felt amazing, than helped me to pick pair of shoes new handbag and even some new jewellery. When I left I told her how amazing she was and how special she made me feel I wore everything to the party and everyone complimented me, the lovely lady with big heart and smile was called Sam she looked so smart and had lovely long back hair , I would really love for Sam to be recognised and praised over the Christmas period. Thank you for a very grateful customer x
