My favourite place to shop. Excellent quality food, and fashionable elegant clothes. Man department is equipped with all sizes. I like home department too, wich provides good quality stuff. Toilets are spotless, and entrance and lift are facilitated for wheelchair. Staff, could be more smiling and must improve customer service, wich is pretty non existent

Pleasantly surprised at this M&S. Bigger then the Teeside Park store and looks like it has been recently renovated inside. Good selection of everything M&S. Decent sized menswear department upstairs too, which makes a nice change! Busy too, which is always nice to see.

Love M&S but could only get 1 bikini in my size, was told to shop online which is no good when your flying off the next day!!

Great Marks and Spencers. Quite big, over two floors. There's also two entrance/exits.. one going from the outside on Linthorp Road, and the other from inside The Hillstreet Shopping Centre. Both nice and wide with wheelchair access and an elevator to the next floor. The Linthorp Road entrance brings you into clothing and goes onto food. Upstairs is household stuff. There's an express till if you just want to grab one of there awesome sandwiches and a refreshing drink. Or it's big enough to do a full food shop. The assistants I've delt with have all been really polite and helpful. You can also get flowers, food hampers, wine (they've got a catalogue at the desk you can look through to chose) sent to someone. I got my Aunt sent one of their food/wine hampers and flowers and she was really happy with everything she received and that the flowers lasted for a long time :)
