went shopping just before 7. no one said store was closing soon. Went to pay for it and lady said they were closed as were the tills. They saw us doing the shopping but never mentioned they were closing. Lady needs to learn some manners and customer skills. We usually shop in here but will go yo Hedge End in future
I went today to return pyjamas my mother in law had sent my son. The lady on the till was very stern and rude and said I couldn’t return them and credit notes were no longer given as I don’t have a receipt. Just contacted customer service who have told me I am due a credit note!
The clothes at M&S are always of good quality such as their Chinos and lingerie hence, the price. Customers pay for the quality.
Close to parking area with 3 hours free. Mixed goods with clothing, food and a cafe. Bright and airy with lift and stairs to upper floor.
Purchased a pair of Chinos in February, worn once , washed once.. looked like the dye has started to come out .spots all over the trousers. Returned them to M&S Whiteley . I was told looked like bleach spots, which it, definitely wasn't, so they wouldn't replace or refund them. I could understand if it was on one side only, but it was all over the front and rear. All I will say is you may wish to consider shopping elsewhere, as the customer service in M&S is not what it once was. I don't think I will be shopping with them again.
