Lovely store with m and s food downstairs. Lovely cafe on top floor but does get busy. Lovely views onto high street. Store always clean and well laid out plenty of room with buggy and big lifts/ escalator.

Now 5 stars thanks to a major refurbishment of the whole store. The basement contains an M&S food hall which is compact but still offers decent choice. Ground floor is women’s with men’s and children’s on the first floor. The cafe is also on the first and whilst the service can be a bit slow depending on who’s working, it’s always clean and the food/drinks are of a consistently good standard for reasonable prices. You’ll find lots of mums and babies in here on a weekday; my other half being one!

Very polite and friendly staff, I went to the food hall a bit pricey but very good quality and very tempted to spend too much

The store has been completely revamped and it looks super. Somehow M&S have made the Food Hall seem larger. Much more stock is available. Highly recommended.

Good m&s. Close to free (30mins) parking. Has clothing and food. Clean and new loos. Self service machines actually have attendees who help and it's close to customer services. There is s selection of flowers, cards and special offers. Escalators and disabled lift access.
