Fairly large store, great selection of groceries and clothes. But very many people, maybe because it's Sunday, but you can't always get all the goods

Cafe was ridiculous.  The machines to order food were down to 2 instead of 6. It was the same last time we came. Choice of food quite limited unless you wanted a sandwich.  Not suitable for everyone.  Tables not being cleared quickly.  Just chaos.

Big, nice and very tidy shop. Fresh and very good collections of food and vegetables as well as in store bakery and cafe are available. Easy access lift for another floor. Impressive clothing collection as usual. Staffs are helpful. Toilet needs a little bit attention. Retail park car park is free for first 2 hours.

One of the larger Marks & Spencer stores I've seen visiting American. I took the time to browse clothes, great discount section. Toliets on the second floor, nicely kept. Cafe looks nice, and large grocery section with ready to eat and heat and eat food options, as well as normal groceries. Enjoyed some fresh bread and prepared salad.

Visited this cafe this morning and the food was quite nice, not overpriced the service was quick and efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. However, the weak link is the electronic ordering terminals. When we were there this morning there was about a 20 deep queue which was getting longer by the minute and only 3 of the 6 terminals were working. I have been to this cafe on numerous occasions and I don't remember a visit when all 6 terminals were in operation. It is frustrating to stand in a queue for sometimes 20 minutes or more whilst seeing half the ordering terminals displaying a red indicator to inform that they are out of service. M&S really need to either replace these with a more reliable system or have maintenance staff in hand to attend to faulty terminals quickly.
