I'm very happy with the food, atmosphere and staff friendliness. Well-balanced, tasty combinations. Fab price-value. Better than some of the more pricey restaurants in Llandudno. Best British breakfast I've had in a long time.

Big, nice and very tidy shop. Fresh and very good collections of food and vegetables as well as in store bakery and cafe are available. Easy access lift for another floor. Impressive clothing collection as usual. Staffs are helpful. Toilet needs a little bit attention. Retail park car park is free for first 2 hours.

Well-stocked and nicely arranged mid-sized food section covering all the essentials. Popped in on our recent self-catered holiday stay in the area and found all we needed in terms of food and cleaning products for our stay. Good selection of fresh baked goods and nibbles. Lots of parking outside, although I was confused by the ticketing system and paid for parking when I was actually well within the allotted free parking, but I wanted to make sure I wouldn't get a ticket; Signage needs to be improved for visitors to the area.

Called in for a coffee and a quick snack. Now the cafe is now ordered on a touchscreen. Food and drink was okay but not great but don't like using a touchscreen for ordering meals. The queuing wasn't very well laid out not a good experience and will find an alternative in future.

Since the opening manager left I’m pretty convinced the service has deteriorated.nThe cafe stopped serving saucers , no sugar on the tables and at busy times they disable the ordering pods.nGood staff such as a lady called Holly are unbelievably miserable except in social media shots.nThank goodness the quality of the food is A1.nThe service has declined.
