Was looking for a shirt to replace others for my dad that were worn out.. there were some by escalators that were reasonable pricewise but not the style i wanted.. i could see the smart display but didnt want to pay the £40 they were advertised at .. then when i looked closer they seemwd more smart again not i wanted. I looked all around even into the suits section and ended up asking.. i was directed back to this main display but after a lot of searching i eventually found what i wanted - not the size i was aimibg for but by this point i was losing the will .. the guy who served was nice and helpful and friendly so the lost 1 * was really just for the difficulty in finding what i wanted/ needed
My partner and I who are both blind and have a Guide Dog each came to the Bromley Food Hall today.nnYet again, we have had to leave without being able to get what we came in for.nnWe’ve had cause to complain in the past because staff didn’t want to serve us even when they did speak to us.nnLatterly and today, we come in and just can’t find anyone to assist us around the store. We do turn up on spec which is our right but, as said, we’ve had staff say they won’t serve us anyway.nnIf we are very lucky, a member of the public will see us and go find someone for us. We had a particular incident when a member of the public ended up berating the staff member.nnThis isn’t how people should be consistently treated in a so called high end sore with what I’m sure managers would like to call a high end experience.nnVideo of us hanging around in the Food Hall hoping we’d be spotted and then planning to leave. We’d been in the store for about 15 minutes at this point.
Went for a bra fitting and the lady made me feel so comfortable with great advice. She asked questions and listened and I actually really liked the first design of bra she bought in for me. A very efficient and friendly service, thank you!
A really nice store that is always well stocked and clean. The staff are also friendly and helpful.nThe food hall part of the shop is great and often had different bits and pieces that other shops do not have.nThey can be a bit out of touch with some of their prices but that is a well known issue with Marks and Spencer anyway.
Really good food hall. Clean and friendly service, love the food, fish and chips, tomato basil soup, smoked ham and three cheese Toastie excellent
