Absolutely brilliant practice! State of the art gear. I was very nervous about having to get a surgical extraction as I've had some dreadful experiences elsewhere but my whole experience there, every time has been 1st class from reception to treatment. I remember Jessica on reception was very sincere and friendly. Anna was an absolute pro! with the surgical root extraction of snapped tooth and even got a quite a big filling done right before that at same time. Harry was also brilliant very careful and understanding and it's first time I've gone to dentists with full confidence. They're all top level. They really put their heart into what they do and helped me regain my full trust in dental work.
The dental practice is is a good 10/10nFirst class modern equipment . It is a very clean modern practice the staff are always friendly and give you a warm welcome . If I have any problems with my teeth I generally leave an out of hours message . The first phone call I get the next morning is ALWAYS from the dentist trying to rectify the problem ,and is normally rectified that day .nCarolyn is my normal dentist and is very thorough on checking your mouth over before she starts her work . She works very well with her dental nurse as she doesn’t have to ask her nurse for anything , as the nurse is on top of the job . When Carolyn is busy I have been to see her husband Mark .nMark is at the top of his game and is my wife’s dentist . My wife wouldn’t go to anyone else as has a fear of dentists which mark has helped her get over . My wife has been to Carolyn for a repair in the past and my wife was really happy with her .nThe dentists is a local family practice , which means they get to know you and your family they always ask about family and holidays which is nice . During Covid the practice went above and beyond to protect there patients and staff with VERY expensive PPE.nALL the staff are lovely and polite . I’ve nevernSeen the cleaner there but she does an amazing job .
