I honestly can't thank this place enough, the girls on reception are lovely and make you feel so welcome, when I have had issues they have been so helpful. My dentist is very informative and talks you through any treatments with the most honest advice. No huge waiting times before your appointment. Glad I now use this surgery compared to others.
Very impressed with this practice. I was referred by my usual dentist for two extractions, they could not do them not absolutely sure why the appointment was made within days of referral, the staff that I spoke to on the phone during this procedure were very polite and professional. I admit to being somewhat anxious on the days leading up to the appointment as I have never had an extraction before but reading the good Google reviews by previous patients really helped to calm me a little. Dr Ali was absolutely brilliant as was his nurse, I didn't feel any pain and not even any discomfort to be honest. It was all over in 10 minutes, I can not believe how quick and painless the whole thing was. I am now typing this five days later and having followed Dr Ali's after care regime I have had no issues regarding the recovery. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough....thank you Dr Ali
Appointment cancelled 30 minutes before due to arrive on Monday, called Monday and helpful polite member of team rebooked for Thursday but that got cancelled Tuesday 48 hours before. Called again Tuesday to rebook and spoke to someone who clearly hasn't been trained to take phone calls - zero manners, no customer service skills and quite rude when I told her it was for me and my children, not just me. Let's see how the appointment goes...
Thrilled to find they were taking on NHS dentists - I've been without a dentist for longer than I care to admit and knew that I needed some work doing. Really pleased with the professionalism of all staff - not once was I made to feel guilty or patronised about not visiting for so long. Dr Iqbal has replaced a filling for me and did so carefully and professionally. I'm not always the best with anything medical, but all members of staff made me feel at ease. Although I won't say I'm looking forward to further treatment who would? I can say that I don't have any worries about it due to the team here; if you're without a dentist, get yourself signed up here.
I had a tooth extraction done here today. My original dentist doesn’t have the facilities for this, so this was a referral. From start to finish everyone was warm and welcoming. I have autism and they made me feel at ease in what could have been a stressful situation for me. The professionalism of every member of staff is Fantastic. I‘d like to thank your whole team for your help and support today and also to your 2 dentist’s that treated me. You’re very much appreciated
