I have had to cancel 2 appointments in the last 2 years due to having to work. This apparently is enough for them to take me off their register. When I mentioned that they have cancelled more appointments then I have I was told that it is their policy and that's that. One of the appointments was 2 weeks ago on the morning of the emergency appointment I had booked the day before because I was in a great deal of pain.nAlso, depending on which dentist you see, you, more often than not, get differing advice. I have never been comfortable using this practice so I'm taking it as a blessing in disguise they've taken me off their register. Good riddance.
My daughter had to have a tooth extraction and it was the most traumatised event she has ever had! Did not explain what they were doing and no reassurance given when very upset. This should have been done surgically as wasn’t straightforward to avoid all the pain she went through! She will not be going there ever again !
I have had nothing but trouble with this dentist. They kept changing their minds on whether they can take my teeth out even though they took an x-ray on the first day. Telling me they can take 2 out of 3 teeth out, after a few visits for my teeth out and phone calls they then decided they cant take any out and im on a waiting list for a year now, the pain im in is unreal I cannot even eat solid food due to the teeth resting on nerves and days im crying because it hurts so bad. I've spoke with my drs and the hospital who are performing the operation who all say the dentist needs to provide pain relief but the dentist deny they can give pain relief. Not only that I've found the staff to be rather blunt and rude each time I've been.
The Wednesday team are amazing. Dr Yasen extracted my back tooth. I was quite worried after a traumatic extraction a few years ago. I was re-assured and put at ease. The whole procedure was completely painless, hassle free and was done within 20 minutes.
My first appointment was today and reception staff and dentist and dentist nurse was really nice which really put me at ease. I didnt feel judged and was talked to in a nice manor. Arrived anxious and left happy and less stressed about my next appointment.
