Sorry to have to give such a poor review but things have gone down hill since touts took over. Before my monthly medications were always done up and delivered on time and I would receive a courtesy phone call to check what I needed. Now I have had nothing but trouble, no phone call , don't get all my medication I have to chase up. Deliveries late and now despite them promising to get my medication to me before Good Friday nothing has turned up. Resulting in me running out of pain medication ( which is addictive) having to go through withdrawal symptoms of controlled drugs. My question is what happens to duty of care. Touts are grocery and fuel merchants but obviously feel there is money to be made out of pharmaceutical sales. This is why our chemists in this country are going down the drain!

Over numerous visits and dealings with this pharmacy in relation to the needs of my elderly mother, the pharmacist herself, the staff and the level and quality of service we have received is quite exemplary. This place really is the model for standards and friendly, proactive professionalism that others should aspire to. The best I've come across. Thank you and well done. You really make a difference.

Very rude staff member on 21st November who watched an elderly lady struggle with the door - I helped her myself, then same staff member left a drawer dangerously open so anyone could trip over it. When it was mentioned by my mother in law and husband she got very defensive and rolled her eyes, we all make mistakes but her reaction was so unprofessional I was very shocked. Staff training desperately needed.
