The people that work there are always great. Very helpful and courteous with me. My complaint is with the new automated phone system for refilling a prescription. I do not like “speaking” in the phone, I would rather be able to enter on the keypad. And I have a prescription for my dog… and for “security” reasons it asks for his birthdate, I don’t know the exact day, and it won’t let me continue. Very frustrating. Go back to the old way please!
So rude! I was put on hold for five minutes straight. Then, when I called back and was told that I would be put back on hold, I objected because hold appears to be a way for pharmacy employees to avoid customers. The employee gave a rude and dramatic sigh and told me she had two customers in front of her, to which I responded she could at least check in with the customers she puts on hold. Her response was another dramatic sigh and a lecturing, "ma'am, I have two people in front of me." Then, she put me on hold. Dear Walmart Pharmacy Employee, if you don't like people, if you don't like your job, get a job where you don't have to be around people, get a job you do like. Don't take your misery out on customers!
Do you hate being treated kindly and love waiting forever to get your prescription? Look no further! But in all seriousness, this pharmacy has the worst customer service of any I have ever been to. The woman who I requested a refill to was pleasant, told me it would only take 15 minutes. It appeared to be dead at this point, no other customers waiting and employees were just standing around talking. I wait 20 minutes and head back over, where I wait another 5 waiting to be helped. No other customers were around and once again, employees were standing around talking about getting done at 8. Finally, the cashier notices me and just says, "Yeah?". Then I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Keep in mind they were not busy by any means. Walmart Pharmacy, service with a scowl.
Have been trying for a day and a half to refill my husbands prescription. Kept getting busy signal and when it went through it was disconnected. FINALLY got through tonight only to give a different name for his refill...... Very frustrating! Trying to convince my husband to change to Walgreens...
The folks that work there is just like any other business. For the most part most care about you as a customer, but some are plan rude. I give 3 stars because they are doing the best they can with the staff that they are allotted. Do you have to wait for your prescription. Yes. Do you have to jump through systems to refil your perscription just to find it was not filled by the allotted time. Yes. I believe that management needs to give them more staff for the amount of people in Tioga County that depend on their prescriptions being filled.
They are always helpful and knowledgeable, sometimes the line is long but I am patient so it's no big deal to me.
Terrible pharmacy. I never write reviews but I had to about this. My husband and I switched to them because they have cheaper prices. Every time we get something filled there are issues. They never call either to inform you of any issues. The wait time is very long every time and some of them are down right rude. Would not recommend at all.
My experience with the pharmacy at Walmart in MansfieldHas been nothing but Fabulous.Everyone there is so eager to help. I get all the help that I need with new and refill prescriptions. Thanks to all of you there.
Corporate knows every Walmart pharmacy in the country is lousy and unprofessional! They just want to take your money and not care about customer service! Look up any Walmart pharmacy and you will see what I mean. THEY have the lowest review score of any pharmacy anywhere in the us.
They seem to go out of there way NOT to help you lazy at the pharmacy.
