These people go the extra mile! I couldn’t rate this estate agency highly enough. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Anna was professional and approached everything with ease. She made extra time for us to get everything right with our rental. Superb service; I highly recommend them.

We used Mark Naylor for both the purchase of our house and its rental for a short period. They were a great team, really responsive and helpful and I'd firmly recommend.

Mark Naylor and his team were superb. They sold the house within a week having obtained 3 solid offers. Everything he said from the valuation, marketing and interest was 100% accurate. Really a top class act. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience renting out my house with Mark Naylor. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had plenty of notice for viewings and they took care of everything to get my house ready for tenants. It was so easy! I thoroughly recommend to all landlords to use them!

EDIT 2017-09-04: Everything below may be true about their Letting services, but when someone in a Mark Naylor sign-written white BMW tailgates me aggressively through town on the afternoon of Monday 28th Aug it does make me want to take it back.. I know you guys read your google reviews! Sort it out! ============================== Genuine, helpful and honest letting agents. No, really!! We were rental tenants with Mark Naylor for two years. We've have some ups and downs during our time, but Mark Naylor have always answered our emails, addressed our concerns and put repairs and redevelopments into practise in a fair and friendly manner. Sometimes things took a while to push through as with all agents but they seemed to work out in the end. I've had some real underhanded, cut-throat agents in the past but this lot are all right :) EDIT: I've just read the negative reviews below and generally I have no idea what they are on about. Sure, Mark Naylor are good at taking money off you, they are a successful business that's what they do. I'd be worried if they were offering services their dirt-cheap. I do agree that the "depth" of customer service varies depending on who you deal with at the office but it never falls below adequate. I have generally been impressed with the level of dialogue you can have with them regarding an issue compared to other agents.
