Mark Knowles Heating recommended and installed a new boiler for us , just before Christmas !  Over two days their expertise and work ethic was indeed remarkable and highy commendable. The team never stopped. In this day and age we think that sets a very positive tone. I had no experience of this firm. I needed a boiler service and Spencer arrived and got on with the job without fuss.  Once it was complete, he gave me a verbal appraisal of the condition of the boiler and how he made additional safety checks both inside and outside. A clean bill health thankfully but I'm more grateful for such a thorough job without any mess. He knew his stuff and all at a reasonable price.
