Basically ripped off by this company. I am a self employed painter who carried out works on a new build property. I found the deadlines totally unrealistic, I had to purchase my own materials, sand paper, filler ect. I was payed £300 for a house I was quoted £740 for. There was however maybe a day or so of snagging certainly not £440 worth of snagging left to do. I have in total been payed £30 a day for the ten days I worked on the property, That is without taking into consideration the expense of what materials I payed for so the job could be done. I was warned previously that this company struggles to pay wages, but took mark on his word. I have a pregnant wife and young child to support, and it's companies like this who force young families into poverty over there simple greed. I shall never have contact with this company, and hope my matter will be dealt with in the future in the small claims court, of course at expense of myself. I urge any painters looking for work from this company, or other companies looking for works to be carried out, to avoid this company at all costs. I can safely say I'm absolutely devastated how Iv been treated
