Top notch sports facility, friendly staff that know what theee doin
Friendly staff good ameanities , lots of training activities for kids and teams
Nice size car park, but a lack of available staff and facilities unfortunately
This review is for the gym only.nIt was completely refurbished after Covid with a mixture of cardio and resistance machines and free weights. The gym is kept clean, equipment wiped as you go along and by the staff at the end of each day.nAs someone experienced in the gym, attending about 3 times a week, it’s got enough equipment to cover your needs as an average person. If you’ve got special needs or train for specific area or goal, you might not find the equipment you need.nThe gym, other than the odd times, is no longer as quiet as it used to be. It can get busy especially in the evenings, there were rare occasions when I didn’t get to use the equipment I wanted, but most of the time you will be ok.nI you are looking personal trainers, I haven’t triednbut based on what I’ve seen it’s doesn’t meet the levels of other gyms around town.nnIt’s a small gym, easier to make friendships and more likely to bump into a familiar face to have a chat during workout.nnThe main reason I come here is because of its location.nnThe running track is great!
