I'm glad to see you got some good reviews cause I'm not at all happy with your service. The service they provided was to completely replaced the duct work. First of all they kicked the pan and broke off  the overflow valve and ended up causing water to leak through the ceiling. When I went out to see what they were up to the lead guy was sitting on my washer texting while his helper did all the work. They came out and fixed the valve 3 different time till they got it right. It got so bad it soaked my ceiling. Although they paid to have it fixed it shouldn't have happened to begin with. Now because of the mess they made up there the pan keeps getting full because the drain gets plugged. They charged me over $100 to come out to fix that. But it keeps plugging up and it has plugged again today 11/19/22. I'm glad to see some have had good luck with Mario's cause I haven't.
