Visited on a sunny Sunday in October. Brilliant choices of beer at reasonable prices. Food sublime. Blackboard special of three different white fish in creamy sauce with crushed herby potatoes and broccoli just lovely as was partners choice of mussels. Good service. Great venue/ views. Can't wait to return.
A pretty hotel right on the harbour front, the rooms were modern and comfortable! Really though, the star of the show is the food! Outstanding continental breakfast platters of fruits, bread+ pastries, and meat and cheeses. The restaurant food was also very beautifully presented and tasty! I had the guinea fowlRooms: 5/5
Stopped in for dinner. Friendly people, great beer and outstanding food. Much better than the last time we visited 5 years ago. Classy joint, highly recommended.

Friendly staff, great selection of guest craft beers, decent food the beef carbonade is always good and comfortable, unpretentious surroundings. It is no wonder this place is popular both summer and winter. Add to that a huge selection of gin and whisky, a restaurant upstairs and seating outside on the quayside, the Marine should not be missed.
Lovely food portion size enormous maybe offer a half portion especially with the haddock. Staff really pleasant and helpful would definitely recommend people to goService: 3/5
I can confirm that both the food and drink are excellent in this place. Nice friendly atmosphere in the bar area too! They also allow kids into the bar for meals during the day.
