Honestly had the best experience at Marie Therese and couldn’t be happier with my entire experience! The girls at both Marie Therese and Verona couldn’t help more and were so patient with me! I felt completely at ease once I arrived in store and without their help I would’ve never found my dream dress. The boutique is so beautiful and the gowns are amazing, I went in with no idea on what style I wanted so got a chance to try on a few different styles to help me in my decision. I said ‘yes’ to the dress in January and received my dress in September, I was told the dress could take up to 9 months to arrive but expected it to arrive later due to COVID so it was a huge relief to receive it when I expected and it is literally perfect. Can’t wait to wear it! Thanks so much again! Picking my wedding dress couldn’t have been easier. I 100% recommend this store to all brides x
Such a beautiful bridal shop! I had the best experience here with Marie Therese, she was patient, knew exactly what would suit me and found my perfect dress. I couldn't have been happier with the service and cannot wait to wear my Marie Therese wedding dress on my wedding day. Will be recommended to everyone.
Bridal Heaven! Everything you dreamed of in a bridal shop, from the warm welcome Claire gave us to the champagne & chocolates best I’ve ever tasted the shop is straight from the movies, two floors of cream and gold gorgeousness! And then the dresses, every style and detail you could dream of! It was a hard decision as every dress was as nice as the next but with the help of expert Claire I found my perfect one. I cannot wait to wear it and will be highly recommending Marie Therese to everyone I know.
Had such a lovely experience buying my wedding dress from Marie Therese Bridal last year. Kerrie was such a helpful consultant throughout my appointment even kindly letting us into the waiting area before opening as my mum insists on arriving early - sorry!. The shop itself is beautifully styled and the stock was all clearly well taken care of. Kerrie took everything into account when going through dresses, from my budget to the style of dresses I had saved to my Pinterest board. She helped me try on a range of dresses in my desired style, but also encouraging me to try on some things that I would not have originally considered, making the whole session really fun for myself and my mum and sister who joined me. The shop even had a sample of one of my favourite dresses in stock, which Kerrie was able to sell to me within my set budget, which was an unexpected surprise! As I purchased a sample dress on the day I didn't have to deal with any ordering deadlines etc for the dress, but I did go to Marie Therese's recommended seamstress to alter my dress who was also fantastic, and we had everything ready well in advance of my wedding date.
If I could offer any advice to future brides it would be to never step foot in this shop. I bought my dress and bridesmaid dresses from this shop and they were all a total disaster. I wasn't offered any help with this whatsoever and am still owed money by this shop. I was forced to buy a dress in another shop to wear on my wedding day. But the worst part is the customer service, unprofessional and nasty. The owner is the most rude woman I have ever come across and the lies that she tells must be heard to be believed. No lie is too big to make you part with your money and once you do you will likely never see it back again. I am one of many many brides who have seen this first hand.
I was so nervous before I came to Marie Therese and as soon as I walked in I was made to feel at ease and very safe. The staff were so welcoming and did everything to make my visit a very special one. The shop is like a palace, so beautiful, like in the movies! A must for any engaged bride to be. Cannot fault this shop in any way, thank you so much for a lovely lasting memory. K xx
If could rate the place lower I most certainly would, my sister in law along with the other bridesmaids and myself where looking for the perfect dresses, we genuinely thought we had found them! Nothing was too much trouble we all left that day giggling and excited. We could not wait to see them and that was when the problems started. The other bridesmaids and myself where reached dresses I can only describe as horrid the colour was the most wishy washy off colour like a white wash gone wrong not the most beautiful pale baby pink dress that we where assure "would suit all our skin tones perfectly"...I'm naturally pale it actually made me look blue. Unfortunately this was not the end infact it got so much worse, my sister in law dress was not the dress that she had chosen, the design was completely different, it was the most awful thing to watch a bride to be break down and be truly devastated especially when the sample dress she had tried on previously was the dress of her dreams. This was not the worst thing by far.... the attitude of the manager, the lady previously who had been super helpful until the sale was made in hindsight turned into one of most unhelpful and genuinely rude people I have ever come across in the retail sector, the communication from Marie Therese was few and far between, ignoring calls and emails. As a result of this we had to contact the designer of the bridesmaids dresses ourselves, thankfully she was fantastic and allowed us to return the dresses and sent us the colour we had previously requested....Unfortunately we weren't so lucky with the brides dress who had to go out and purchase a new dress. No bride to be experience should ever be like this, my advice to anyone purchasing a dresse/bridesmaids dresses is just to avoid this shop entirely.
LOVE everything this shop has to offer! The staff Kerry, the store itself; so luxurious, the dresses WOW and their accessories. I'm so glad i visited Marie Therese Bridal and would advice all brides to do the same! x
For sure the most amazing bridal store you will ever visit!! alongside sister store Verona boasts exclusive beautiful bridal designers, offering dresses sooo different and fab!! staff are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. i really valued their expertise all brides NEED to visit
Oh wow... It is quite obvious that Marie Therese Bridal have bought themselves some lovely reviews on google! Their trading standards are absolutely atrotious.. If i were any bride to be reading this review i would seriously reconsider shopping at this store for your perfect wedding dress.. No bride should have to suffer that kind of stress on the run up to whats supposed to be the best day of your life.
