It is hard to put into words just how fantastic Margaret Fraser Funeral Services is. Margaret is an absolute Angel who was absolutely brilliant, couldn't do enough for us and I couldn't fault her. She is helpful, compassionate, caring and has a heart of gold and really supported us at such a difficult time. We will never forget how amazing she was. Bill and Stephen were so brilliant too. The service they provide is professional, caring and supportive but it's more than that; they genuinely care about you and your loved one. We absolutely adore you, Margaret, Bill and Stephen. Thank you for everything.
Margaret Fraser is the best funeral service in Glasgow Margaret and all her staff always go above and beyond at everything they do This lovely woman has a heart of gold and her prices are the best in Glasgow I can’t thank Margaret and Bill enough for the outstanding service they did for my dad’s funeral and Also my mums 2 years prior. Margaret & her team where amazing from start to finish, so caring & compasionate to us as a family but also to our loved one. When my father passed away in December I had no idea who to contact with regards to funeral arrangements. Margaret was recommended to me by a family member who had used them just recently and had nothing but high praise for her and her team. I can wholeheartedly concur after Margaret and all her team took excellent care of myself and my sister throughout what can be a very traumatic experience. Everyone was fantastic, very professional but with a personal touch which we really appreciated. Thank you Margaret for taking such good care of our Dad and giving him such a personal and perfect send off.
I had a terrible experience with Margaret Fraser and would hate for anyone to experience the same. She was unprofessional, inappropriate & insensitive throughout the experience & there was a catalogue of errors from start to finish which left me even more stressed and anxious than I already was. I have made an extensive complaint to the third party company who recommended her & I have received I bunch of flowers and an apology from them, but I would urge anyone considering using her to look elsewhere. Funeral directors are usually a great source of comfort & advise during a very challenging time. Margaret does not meet this criteria and the treatment of myself & my family was disappointing and unforgivable.
I would recommend Margaret Frasers funeral directors to anyone who wants a family run business with heart and understanding at a sad time. Margaret and Bill arranged my mums funeral with dignity, respect ,care and offer so much support and advice they both go above and beyond for you. I was grieving and Margaret and Bill kept me right on everything for my mums funeral . I don't think Margaret and Bill realise just how good they both are if i could give more than 5 stars it would be a 10 all the way thanks Margaret and Bill for getting me through the worst day of my life .
Our family would like to thank Margaret and her staff for all the help and support in our recent bereavement. She was on hand to answer questions no matter how trivial they seemed. We cannot speak too highly of everyone involved. A truly professional and friendly group of people who helped us through a difficult time.
My dad passed away in early June and my brother and I were given Margaret Fraser's name from a friend who had used the services. Our first meeting with Margaret was informal, easy, stress free and very helpful Margaret deals with you with so much compassion it makes difficult time a little easier. I would like to thank Margaret and team for all their support and for organising a lovely service. I definetly recommend Margaret Fraser Funeral Directors
I cannot thank Margaret and Bill enough for all their help and support after losing my beloved Mum Sally. They showed compassion both to my family but most importantly to my Mum who was treated with the utmost respect. From the first phone call to the actual day of the funeral nothing was too much bother for Margaret and Bill. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My beautiful wife passed away after a very short time after taking ill so to say we were all shocked and devastated is probably an understatement. We had been told by someone we knew about Margaret Frazer although before we had used another Company many years ago for the parents. We were so glad that we went on Stuart’s recommendation! This family run business really care from the moment we called which was after midnight nothing was a problem. You don’t know what to do or what to say but they took all this away. The came and took my wife away in a very lovely manner and then the next day told us to take some time and come to see them and they would take us through what happens next. My daughter and I went down and Margaret and Bill were great and very genuine people, when the funeral took place everything was perfect as they had sorted everything out for us flowers cars even handed out our service cards to the family and the people who couldn’t get into the service. I can whole heartedly say that this was a godsend that we went with this Family run business thank you Margaret, Bill and Stephen for taking care of Ann my wife we are forever greatful for guiding us through this very upsetting time.
