Fantastic Italian restaurant. I always enjoy places that have a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and great customer service. Decor is always a big thing I look for and this place has done it very well.  Myself and my partner have eaten in the restaurant around 4 times now and each time has been great. Calzone highly recommended!  They were happy to box up leftovers to enjoy next day which isn't something I'd usually ask for but... It isn't worth wasting!  There's parking just over the road which accommodates many cars and the charge us only £2.40 from 6pm to 8am the next day which is a party by cash, card, or phone.  Parking: Parking opposite in a large carpark. Pay by cash, card or phone. 6pm-8am charge is only £2.40 at time of writing.

I've eaten at Marcos a number of times over the years starting before lockdown. It has been and still is one of my favourite places to eat when visiting Lancaster. The service is amazing and could be the setting for a northern "First Dates"Food: 5/5

I love the food at Marco's, they have been a godsend to me over the months of covid. I'm appreciative of the high standard of not only the meals themselves but also the speed and friendly nature of their drivers. The lady who delivered food to me last night and tonight is a great example of that.  I tried the rabbit dish tonight after a long time rejecting the idea of eating that particular meat but the meal tonight changed my mind about it.

Went on Sat 1st October for a joint birthday meal for daughter and I and had family with us….  Traffic made us 20 minutes late but they weren’t in the least bit bothered.  Absolutely AMAZING food! Wow!! The flavours were so delicious I had creamy chicken pasta, and all our party of 9 agreed that their own food was also delicious! I haven’t been for quite a few years - since before they decorated and it’s really nice in there - as are all the staff! Very attentive despite it being busy.  Large portions so I was able to bring some home and had the rest for tonight’s tea!  Will DEFINITELY be going again. What a lovely lovely evening!  Thank you!  Claire and Jonathan!

Great food and the service was awesome. Attentive staff and very engaging even though we were in a large groups. Entertained the kids and adults alike.

Went to Marcos in a party of 8 on a Sunday for my parents anniversary. Been a while since I have eaten here and the first thing I noticed was the decor of the restaurant which I thought was amazing. Was very light and clean with comfortable furniture which gave a relaxed feel to the evening. The peroni was poured well and I enjoyed my three pints thoroughly. The menu was a good size, not too many dishes and once ordered we did not have to wait too long for the food. We all enjoyed our food and the evening.

Great food and grest price. If you have a birthday to celebrate tell the staff, you will have a giggle when the singing starts. Happy hour is a bargain!!!

Wow! After Just Eat hadn’t delivered our £80 worth of food and had us waiting for just under 3 hours we were all understandably quite frustrated… However the gentleman on the phone took our complaints into carful consideration, understood our concerns and had our entire meal re-cooked! He also rang us back to apologise and let us know he had another Just-eat driver come to the restaurant and it was on its way to us! He had even left us a bottle of wine as an apology. Despite the confusion…and hanger, the food was genuinely fantastic! You can tell they value customer satisfaction with how we were treated in this incident, as a lot of companies would’ve had us take the complaint up with just eat and have it refunded. In conclusion Marcos is very underrated and I would highly recommend! Bravo
