I'm new to the surgery and so far I've had excellent service
I have nearly broke my finger, possibly fractured and unable to use it but 5 mins after it opens they are fully booked for the day, I said about emergency appointment but just told me to ring 111 and still haven't had it looked at or treated
My local surgery, great staff and doctors. Never had a problem accessing services and the pharmacy in the building is also very efficient. In the best tradition of the NHS.
Super super reception people and just faultless care from the medical staff. Could not have been better. Thank you for all you do.
A dispicable Doctor has just told my mum, who has a life limited heart condition, there’s a 72 week wait for a consultation, if she’s wants to get referred outside Cornwall, there are many many forms to be filled out first, by which time any treatment will be to late, as she has a maximum of 3yrs before dying! Mara Zion and the Cornish NHS are a disgrace!!
