Would like to say how delighted I was with the service I received recently from branch manager Elaine and her understudy Alice. Communication was excellent throughout and they gave me all the time I needed to finally decide on a watch that suited me. Coffee? Tea? Champers? Yes please :)

Very unhappy with a recent watch purchase and specifically subsequent service provided when I had a genuine issue immediately after purchasing a new watch. Took several visits, calls and emails to get a refund, as they wanted to send the brand new watch back to the manufacturer for several weeks. Not my first purchase from them but will now be the last due to how they handled what should have been a simple issue. My first one star review ever given and you've lost a customer due to how your management handled what should have been a minor issue.
