As people have stated before, the customer service was excellent, staff in the store were eager to help and very friendly. Only loses one star because there's no parking at the store although I parked on the main road a short walk away.

Went to the Strood store to pick up an item. Staff are rude, serving me and looking at at his phone.

Always very helpful when you go there. Little over priced for some things but they are very handy if you need something quick. Shame they are moving to Strood.

The staff are helpful here, the location sucks though, if they moved nearer to the town centre they would do well.
