We got appointment on 12:30 and the receptionist is welcoming and helpful, after we got another appointment on 3pm same day there is another Rude blonde hair lady on reception ,not willing to help. Nd she arguing with another patient’snLittlelly worst experience for me.n15/12/2024
Excellent surgery, particularly when you consider the pressure GP Practices are under these days.Triage service works really well. I had a fairly urgent medical query last week and received a reply, from a GP within the hour. Been a patient at the surgery since we moved to Stone 38 years ago, always good care.
Although this has been my GP surgery for about 7yrs, I have only been helped successfully for medical problems twice. Most appointments consist of someone telling you what they think regardless of how you feel. Big egos lacking empathy.
I really do not understand why reviews are not great. Been there quite a few times and every time everything was perfect. Friendly and efficient service, very attentive and professional staff. Best GP surgery I have ever had.
Had a extremely bad fall ambulance called A&E discharged next day fractured collar bone, broken toes,torn rotor cuff muscles and badly injured leg & mild concussion req home visit on day of return to check open wounds on leg as unable to stand & check wounds myself due to extreme pain told they don’t do home visits only for housebound patients and to make my way to the surgery tried twice in tears. Relative had to dress wounds with dressing that due to thinning skin has caused further bleeding. Reception unwilling to pass any concerns on. Two weeks on did get to see brilliant doctor but let down when I needed help the most.
