Hi everyone. Mansfield mobility centre was set up in 1996 supplying the general public and local care homes with a complete range of disabled equipment , home help products / daily living aids. We see, and service mobility scooters, stairlifts, riser recliner chairs, wheelchairs etc etc. A free no obligation demonstration and measure up is included for peace of mind and a full backup repair centre at our Forest Town shop. Above and beyond service given . We had issues with my uncle mobility scooter they did several visits and quick service when taken away . Couldn't help us enough . Highly recommended

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Gary and the team at Mansfield Mobility. After ordering a wrong item , I got in touch with Gary who sorted the item I ordered incorrectly, he even went as far as to have the correct item shipped to me directly so as not to delay any further inconvenience for my Mother-in-law. Would recommend to anyone that needs help quickly, efficiently, and not over priced  like others I had contacted  and brilliant customer service. Even though I live in another county I will still use them.

Got a new scooter 10 days ago. Customer service was fantastic, scooter was delivered same day and I felt like a princess. Got a puncture already. Rang the shop and yet again the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. All fixed would highly recommend.

Gary was extremely helpful when we required a wheelchair at short notice whilst staying at a Warners Hotel. This made our stay so much easier for my wife in getting around and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

These guys are amazing! We recently bought a scooter for my father and the advice and service has been second to none. The staff were empathetic and kind and they showed the care and attention required to ensure we left with the right scooter. We felt confident that they prioritised my dad's needs beyond anything else.  They recently had a wee knocking noise coming from the scooter so called the store to report the fault. The scooter was collected, repaired and returned within 24 hours.  I wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone who needs good advice that you can trust.  Thanks again for getting my Mum and Dad out and about once again!

Thank you so much to this friendly and busy shop for mending my father’s wheelchair brake on the spot in minutes. I cannot thank them enough as he cannot be without it due to mobility in the home issues. They have a wide variety of aids and can also order in to suit your choices. Thank you again.

My Father has just received his mobility scooter from Mansfield Mobility. Not only was it a great price, Gary went out of his way to deliver free of charge to his address approx 180 miles and gave a demonstration to my Father upon arrival. The scooter was in as new condition as stated and my Father is delighted. Many Thanks to Gary and his team at Mansfield Mobility, I heartily recommend this honest and friendly seller.

A rather last minute change of circumstance could have completley derailed a much anticipated holiday with friends but for the help and understanding of the team at Mansfield Mobility Centre - absolutely brilliant service, good humour and entirely agreeable pricing!

Above and beyond. Ordered a pair of orthopedic slippers for my nanny for her birthday. Gary called me to check if we did need the wider fit. After confirming we did he went out of his way to get a birthday card and wrote a note and even put it on next day delivery. Absolutely taken aback by this level of service. Betty is over the moon as they are exactly what she wanted and comfy. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you again Gary. You made a special lady's birthday a little bit nicer.

I would just like to say that I received fabulous service from  Mansfield Mobility . They delivered and picked up a scooter to Centre Parcs for me , when i was having difficulty finding one. they were helpful  considerate and very understanding. I would defiantly recommend them. Absolutely excellent team.  Thank you for making my holiday so much better. Will defiantly be using you again .
