On Thursday 8/9/22 ..... Thousands and thousands of people turned out right here to witness the famous TOUR DE BRITAIN!! it was absolutely amazing!! Phenomenal to see so many people enjoying the cycling!! N to see so many people interested in the sport. Here's me at the finishing post.
Absolute state of Mansfield roads, tempted to start uploading Youtube videos showing how useless these people actually are....potholes look worse after they've repaired them! still waiting for 3 massive potholes on my street to be filled that you can actually see on google maps from like 8 months ago. You can see why people just fill them themselves! honestly believe i could buy a mag of concrete from B&Q and do a better job than these "trained professionals" who cant even fill a pothole level! one road near four ways has about 7 massive potholes in a row that they've filled maybe 4 times now? why not just resurface it? last time i checked a pothole repair was to fill a hole so you cant even feel it not fill a hole uneven so it still bangs or overfill it so its basically a speed bump! Useless! about time we all stopped paying council tax until they fix our roads, just two days ago i went over 4 potholes as i couldn't avoid them all in a row and cost me a tyre and one of my steering arms, will council cover it? of course not! and on top i need a MOT for my car for road but roads don't need a MOT do they.
Been without gas and hot water for 3 days been ringing the EMERGENCY LINE everyday and still no one can come out all you get is we can’t guarantee it’ll be today. Some emergency like this is absolute joke. Looks like we are all gonna freeze to death
Absolutely horrific we have been struggling with damp and mold for months and they refuse to get someone out asap I'm beyond fuming and I'm still struggling for someone to come out.
My call was answered without delay with a recorded message giving options and warning of possible delays, however once I'd made my selection my call was answered immediately by a very pleasant operator who guided me to a new application form that has just come into operation. Despite being 81, I found what I needed, removal of a bulky item and the form was easy to complete, as was payment for the service. In just a few minutes everything was organized and collection date arranged. I then arranged for assisted bin collection as I'm struggling to get the bins out, again this was an easy process.
Appalling supposed to be great and helpful. Well been on the waiting on quite alot of things and have to ring them up to remind them it's a joke
Charge small business first and ask questions later ? It takes 3 months for someone to review rates for added parking spaces but in the meantime we will summons you for payment while we wait for your review even though you are well below the threshold? Trying to speak to anyone at the council :-/ ?
Phoned on Friday afternoon regarding a green 'wheelie ' bin that was not emptied . Sent a crew out , & was emptied on Tues ' .
No one answers to emails. Complains or any help impassable to get in touch. All you do is giving penalty tickets. No support at all. Terrible service.
The Internet option does not tell you when your glass Bin will be emptied when they've missed it. Try phoning up and calls don't get answered. Online just says wait and they'll do it when they're ready.... Obviously they must realise that they're not providing a good reliable service - don't think they care either and we have no alternative. Not as if we can sack them and get a more reliable company to collect our waste. Would be zero stars if there was an option. Currently rated 1.6 out of 5 which if you could vote zero would be significantly lower....
