We had a fab day there yesterday. The parks come along way and was so tranquil and relaxing. Was amazing to see how beautiful it was there. The changes they've made are great. The staff are lovely as well. The keepers and the shop staff, coffee shop staff were amazing. Such a great atmosphere there. First time we went we didn't like it when she first opened it. But now the difference in the moral of the staff and people there. I didn't see one unhappy family there, lots of happy people and was so calm. The Tigers were amazing to and so happy in the field. Fantastic. Well done Anna, you've really turned it around, stay strong and keep hold of your dream
A great place to visit with the family. What makes this a unique experience is the ability to feed and handle some of the animals, or at the very least get closer to them. It was quiet when we went, so was quite a mellow experience. Kids loved getting close to the animals which made it a different outing compared to other places. Not to expensive, except the red panda experience which we didn't do. Facilities and other activities were having renovations done, so be good in the summer.
Such a beautiful animal park, reserve. You can tell the animals are all loved and cared for. They look happy too and relaxed in their environment. Food reasonably priced and quality. Lots of areas to picnic and sit in shade. Indoor play areas and amenities close to hand with hand washing facilities near enclosures. We loved the wallabies walk and we saw the huge rabbits so cute. The tigers were magnificent as were the gibbons. The grounds are stunning and well kept. Lots of staff who are willing to chat about the animals and they are constantly cleaning too. Lovely gift shop, not too over priced, pocket money gifts too. We loved it! Highly recommend it as a good fun day out even in the rain! Dogs are not allowed.
First time there. It's a lovely small safari park. The weather was beautiful. We took our own picnic but there is a few cafes and ice cream places, prices are pretty much the same as other safari/zoos. There's also an indoor play area for smaller children. They do feeding time slots with the animals and your able to walk through certain animal enclosures - wallaby's, goats, big rabbits.
Absolutely lovely little zoo, loads to do and see. Such an interactive experience, you're so close to the animals and in many cases can walk with them, feed them and experience them close up. It's not a massive commercial place and feels nice and friendly, all the staff and keepers were engaging and would say hello or offer tips, advice and would give excellent talks. We had a brilliant day out.
We visited here on a bit of a whim after not having plans for there day, but we're so glad we did! It was lovely and quiet as it was mid-week and mid-afternoon when we visited and that definitely improved our experience... The park has lots of areas where you can enter animal enclosures and get up close and personal which is lovely. The wallabies, lemurs, giant rabbits and goats are all so friendly and the wallabies and goats in particular love attention and will happily come up close for a stroke and a photo, not many other zoos/wildlife parks have so many encounters where you can do this so this was probably our favourite part. Visited the cafe for some ice cream or cake too which was great. Friendly staff who seemed happy in their job! The keepers were also very knowledgeable and introduced us to the animals as well. We could see a lot of construction work was ongoing, and lots of money been spent on improving an already great attraction! We would definitely visit again if we are ever in the area again. Would highly recommend, definitely a great place for families with younger children too.
Great afternoon here. Good price for entry. Animals are well looked after and seem happy. We loved feeding the wallabies. There is a cafe and a bouncy castle for children, also free parking. Would recommend.
Well spend day in Manor wildlife park. It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. You can feed animals and take a walk along with them. Wide variety of animals are there. Nice cafeteria with tastey food Indoor and outdoor dining area. Restrooms and baby changing room Large parking area. Perfect place for kids to have enjoyable time..Main attraction here is the large Indoor and outdoor play area for the kids. Staffs and members are very friendly and co-operative. Indoor store and cafeteria accepts card and cash. Parking is free.. You can prebook tickets online or on arrival from the counter at the entrance. Check for the events on their site for a fun filled day out. Recommended for family and kids of all ages.
Very relaxed wildlife park. Loved being able to feed the wallabies, very cute. Spacious and scenic walks around. Excellent seeing sizeable enclosures for the rhinos, and the keepers giving the tigers some enrichment hiding their feed in new places - they had a struggle finding some! Good for kids and big kids alike! Playground: Outdoor playground for older kids, and indoor jungle gym style one for young kids. All looked good fun! Restrooms: Clean and well stocked. Some of the toilets on the map were missing, they'd had temporary portaloos in some places. Picnic area: Big open space to eat in front and behind cafe.
Loved this zoo! Visited on a B/H weekend and it didn't feel too crowded. Cheaper than folly Farm. Yes has less animals but personally I preferred the smaller size to walk around which took 4 hours. Lots of play places for younger kids to play whilst parents enjoy a refreshments. Loved the lemur enclosure the best as got to be so close to them x
