Rogue Traders - Manor Way Plumbing is just another name for Hall and Randall Plumbers. The installation of taps and a bathroom shower was far below an amateurish job at best and parts poor quality. I eventually had to pay another company to rectify what they described as "plonking plumbers" by the terrible quality of work by H&RP.

Taps were loose, leaked, the washers half hanging off the sides,
After i had the installation, they sent me a massive bill - upon closer inspection the plumbers had massively over exaggerated the time they were at my property. Not just on the first visit to evaluate the required work, but the work that followed as well.

When i challenged this, the owner blatantly implied that I was lying, making up the time and even hung up on me when I suggested his plumbers use time sheets whilst on the job. ("How dare I tell him how to do his job" he said.. )

If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional firm.. well sorry folks, but this isn't it. I was left feeling cheated, robbed and had to pay a proper firm to fix the damage these cowboys had done to my property... AVOID!

I discovered this place when I used to live in Borehamwood. I no longer live there, but I still come back and use this place when I need plumbing stuff. I am not a professional plumber, just a ' do it yourselfer' but the staff are always helpful and give me great advice, and I always get what I need - which is why I will always go there rather than a DIY store. Highly recommend.
