It's very petite, only criticism 1 shop card only no wonder it's shut refusing the kings crown Best shop was EnjoynPop in
The pin in my sons watch kept popping out so I took it back to the store and Abbey sorted it on the spot, replacing with a larger pin to hopefully rectify the issue, again super fast service and extremely helpful and friendly experience- thanks so much
Great shopping centre. My mother and I used to go there every week. Unfortunately we recently received a threatening letter from a parking firm who demanded £40 or the fine would become £100. Called centre management that day and explained how shocking it was to have fallen foul of unreasonable parking fines. We were promised a call back which never came. Why are customers being driven away by their own contracted parking firm? Why are people being swindled for parking in the Northumbrian countryside? We can't afford to shop at Manor Walks if we're to be swindled with unadvertised unreasonable parking charges. After seven phonecalls and two emails we gave yet to speak to anyone at the centre who is aware of this customer service failure.nIf you must park there, beware
Went to spend the day shopping, eating and finishing off with a trip to the Vue cinema. The signs for parking said a maximum of 4 hours but the Vue offered an extra 2. This was still not adequate for all we had planned. I had to move my car around different carparks to stay within the parking times to avoid a fine!nThe centre itself was very clean and had a good variety of shops and places to eat
There was easy parking when I was there. Lots off shops,a few banks, please to sit down to have a break and a drink and there was actually some more places outside & a Leisure centre,to. Yes,a good place to go to,if you live near by. :
