It’s a dental practice with no dentists. Every time my husband tries to make an appointment, he’s told there are no dentists on today. The receptionist perhaps needs to take a course on how to interact with the public. Each and every time, my husband’s appointment gets rescheduled for several months later due to staffing issues. Time to find a new practice. Would not recommend.
I was very nervous having not seen a dentist in too long and having had neglected my oral care in the past - but reception, Dr Pearly Alex and her dental nurse were lovely and clearly explained my course of treatment going forward.
I know it is a very busy clinic but 3 times in 3 weeks they have managed to slot me in for 3 different issues & put my mind to rest; as a nervous patient that means the world to me. Thank you Joanne, Angela & Liz for your patience & understanding.
Every member of staff is lovely from assistants to receptionists and my dentist Smita is amazing at her job and has taken many of my teeth out effortlessly I have overcrowding. I am normally an extremely nervous patient but now I am so much better, I would even go as far as to say I used to have a phobia of dentists. I wish I hadn't stalled with my treatment! I highly recommend!
Liz the receptionist needs to take a customer service course. She’s blunt and Rude and should maybe think of trying a job where she is not first point of call.
