"At Mankind we pride ourselves on giving our customers the service they deserve. You'll never get a queue up and wait rush job here. We are three top class, senior stylists with a combined working experience of over 70 years between us. We have worked together for over 20 years now so the atmosphere is usually humorous and lively.Having worked in the industry in Loughborough for more than 30 years myself, I can honestly say there's not much we haven't seen when it comes to gents hair styling.For a first class haircut in a friendly, relaxed environment give us a call at Mankind and get yourself booked in. Appointments are recommended although we occasionally can get walk-ins in on spec.We look forward to seeing you soon."

What little hair I have, they take care of magnificently. Wouldn't trust anyone else in town.
Best place around for a gents cut. Ash and Fil certainly know their trade, they even manage to make me look decent! Best to make a booking though as they are always busy. That says it all really.
Phil always Cuts my son's hair, when he had his first appointment at mankind he was really nervous and screamed all the way through. After a number of visits and plenty of patience he now really enjoys having his hair cut! A great little place, and a really friendly team. Thank you!

Great people and first class cuts
My little boy who is 4 has his hair cut by Simon was go is excellent my little boy struggles to go anywhere new and isn’t the best at shavers due to sensory issues but Simon takes his time and reassured him and makes it fun. My dad also goes to Simon and reports that Simon is excellent and it was him that recommended I take my son. Highly recommended.
Brilliant staff, never been disappointed
I followed SIMON after he moved to Mankind. He is always friendly, always a offers a great cut and is nice relaxing surroundings! I would Highly recommend, exactly what you want for a professional experience at reasonable prices.
I've been to Mankind many times now and can honestly say the service is top notch regardless of who is cutting your hair. Some days I'm looking for a no fuss quick cut without the chat and other days I can sit and talk for hours and they cater for both superbly.
After having moved to Loughborough to work I was in need of a convenient, good quality and friendly hairdresser. Mankind provided this from day 1. I wish I knew about this place sooner I would have happily made the trip from Leicester to Loughborough for the experience. Highly recommended.
