Worst place I’ve ever worked for. Shop manager has no clue what she is doing - bullying staff and is racist. One of my colleagues was told to leave her ethnicity back in her own country. Told not to speak foreign languages in the store. Told that no to be friends with other employees. People made to feel left out. Stockroom employees made to work in stockroom with no windows and no air for 8hrs a day alone. I worked there and manager refused to speak to me. Lead me to have really bad anxiety and have to take time off work for this reason. I had a sick note from my doctors but because the store manager didn’t like me personally, she did everything in her power to get me fired. If you are young I definitely don’t recommend working for the derby store as you will be bullied. On a positive not the company is fantastic to work for it is just let down by the employees
Went in for a browse on Friday evening, found some pieces to try on and went to the changing room but told it was closed despite there being 30 mins until the store closed, there were two staff members stood in there on their phone talking so don’t understand why customers were not able to use the changing rooms at that point. So I put the clothes back and mango you lost out on potential sales!
Girl at counter was so helpful when I couldn't find the top I was looking for, nothing was too much trouble . She new exactly where to find it and guided me on the sizing. Certainly recommend.
My family did have a big deception with this store. After working some days, we was never see the payment, since two months ago. I wish you never live this terrible experience.
The staff at lovely at this place but I can tell the manger is not into mixed people she was rude and sarcastic…. And was horrible to her staff .. I won’t be coming back
