I’m very happy with the service I received today. The nurse gave us the information regarding the vaccines and was very gentle when she did the injection. Saturday clinic is very convenient for people working during the week. Thank you very much.
Really have noticed some significant improvements in the practice and must commend the front house for their professionalism and organisation. Really feels that the systems they have in place to manage patient access & flow are working.nWhether I call by phone or turn up to reception good standard of service. Really hope this continues onwards and upwards.nCant fault the team right now.
I saw Dr Farah today for the first time and I can honestly say I was highly impressed with her professional manner. She was super attentive, had great listening skills and was highly informative. She was very thorough, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and reassured me with the concerns I had.nThe 5 stars are on the basis of my consultation with Dr Farah.nThe surgery however needs a lot of improvement.
Recent experience is getting better with appointments to compare to previous years.nReceptionist still not in understanding when patients ask for an appointment. As a patient I don’t want to discuss my medical issues with receptionist. Still needs improvement for front desk receptionist to draw the line of questioning.nAlso, appointment not recorded in the system. I wasted my time off work.
Kiran is the only receptionist at this GP practice who I have felt, listened, understood and actioned. Everyone else I have come across has been blunt, rude and arrogant. This lady was wonderful and she was very kind. Thank you!
