Presentation of the food was amazing. Unfortunately the food was not tasty and the freshness was not there. Looks like the food was under the warmer for a while. The lady serving us was superb but we could she was rushed off her feet on a busy Sunday evening.

Dined in for a family dinner. Received great service for our large group. Starters choices and taste are very lackluster and could do with refreshing. Grilled veg sauce and garlic bread was strange to say the least, the refillable drinks which most of the group bought  was no good, whichever drink option chosen out of the variety so I and few other opted for bottled drinks from the bar. The main: Fish and Chips, was perfect and everyone that ordered it said the same The dessert: I asked for an awkward request to swap out dairy ice cream for dairy free with a waffle and was divine, fluffy waffle with the perfect amount of chocolate and ice cream

My friend introduced me to this branch and I have never expected such an exceptional experience!!! Starting from the atmosphere which is on point! I used to love bars until I didn't try SALAD BAR.. which is outstanding, whoever gave that idea is a genius   We had the ribs which are so well done that just melted down !!! We were served by a lady named Lauren, which is so sweet and attentive proper customer service compare to her manager which seemed not to enjoy her work at the place! Lauren recommend this new wine on the menu called 19 criminals which was a great addition to the meal!!! Overall Lauren made everything 10 out of 5! Would definitely return!!! Oh, also the sweet potato fries are to DIE FOR!!!

Used to be good but now they have lost it! Started bad, sent back cocktails as they were soda water! But I know the food will be better- not!  Please see pics “onion ring” pic one lol  Buttermilk chicken STRIPS pic two- no strips just an oven fillet that not buttermilk  The worst for me was the rock hard calamari!  Didn’t finish the food. Please don’t waste your money.  Staff were Sort of helpful AND APOLOGISED! Never going back!

I've been a regular patron of this branch of Harvester for many years and have seen a gradual decline in the quality of food and general hospitality in recent times whilst at the same time the price of dining out has shot up considerably.  The price increases I can understand with the cost of ingredients, gas etc all rapidly increasing but today I faced the worst experience in my many times here.  We were walk-ins didn't reserve a table so I expected to wait which we patiently did for 25 mins but what I didn't approve of was waiting a further 25 minutes once we were seated before someone came to take our order.  Once the order was taken it was almost half an hour before the food arrived and whilst mine and my daughters food was fine, my partners was overcooked with the surface of the camembert tart all black and inedible.  There was a father Christmas here today near the entrance which all children could see as you waited for a table but he was only seeing children who had booked for a breakfast deal leaving my child and others alike in tears as they couldn't even say hello to him even though they were paying patrons of the establishment. If they didn't want children to be disappointed with the poor customer relations/service they should have positioned their makeshift grotto away from the entrance.  I will continue to eat at Harvester but sadly I will travel a little further to their branch on Boston Manor Road or wait patiently for the refurbishment of their restaurant to be completed.  If you are desperate, or want to sit in the warm for hours on end while you wait for a table or your food go here, otherwise think carefully about other options available to you.

Excellent. Ella our hostess was amazing.  She was attentive and really friendly.  I can't fault her.  She offered us a table that was away from the salad bar.  We had the festive menu.  The personal touch was upon paying she had given us a Xmas card.  Overall excellent.  Love coming here.  The staff are always all so helpful and polite.

Fried Chicken, bacon, Waffles and chips. Perfect pre Monday blues food. Reasonably prices and big portions. Free salad bowl with most mains.Food: 4/5

Such a great restaurant! They have a lovely Salad Bar, and they also have a variety of Sauces in abundance! Food was great and waitresses were really friendly! They have a free parking remember to enter your reg when you arrive! and they are also located right next to the Tube station! I honestly cannot find any faults with this place! Great atmosphere and very clean too! Would highly recommend! Quality time guaranteed!

We have been many times here. However, sometimes the food has not met our expectations. Today was one of those days and I believe its time to make a review. Food was dry and cold, It took very long time to be attended by the waitress, and food took long time too which is fine as far as the food is hot and nice but It was not the case. We had to call the waitress every time to ask to be attended to take our order, for dessert...  Kid-friendliness: This is the second time we are placed on a  very inconvenient table; too close to the stairs, where  waiters/waitresses come and go all the time. Which is not a safe neither a good place to sit with small children.

Just had a late lunch with my pregnant wife. Despite the starters being very basic and the sticky sweetcorn ribs very tough, I had to leave a 5 star review because our server Paula was an absolute star. Worth visiting just for her amazing customer service.
