The tiles are beautiful and have all arrived in one piece. I price compared across several sites using Google Image search on the stock image, and they were by far the best for this tile.nnI appreciated their fast and friendly email response when I asked what grout colour and width they were using in their product photos. Good prices too on the Ardex grout and adhesive.nnThey offer 7 days to check for breakages, too, when all other companies I've ordered from were 24-48 hours. Seems very fair. I would buy from again.
Nice showroom and knowledgeable staff. Delivery drivers were lovely, and only 1 broken tile out of 2 big crates. Absolutely love the tiles. Will be coming back for next project. Thanks
Mandarin stone sent an email saying delivery would happen the next day. Another email confirmed, and said there would be a text with a 2 hour window when it was out for delivery.nNo text arrived, and no delivery, the whole day.nWe emailed Mandarin Stone who sent an email back saying they were sorry. That was it, no follow up to confirm that they had spoken with the delivery company and requested that they deliver within a particular time window or call us personally to let us know. Nothing.nWe kept checking the tracking link, it simply said it was due the previous day.nOn the Monday, no promised text and yet the delivery came - after 5pm.nAs we weren't in no text had been sent, we had been at home for 2 full working days, are we meant to just not leave the house for the rest of our lives until they deign to show up without warning?, the delivery was left in the front garden.nWhen we returned home we found the packaging open, a cardboard envelope had been opened and the contents stolen.
Fab service from Mandarin Stone. Patrick was extremely helpful in sourcing some extra tiles at very short notice and ensured they were available for me to pick up the following day. Thank you very much.
Cannot recommend Mandarin Stone enough, most of my dealings have been with the Monmouth team. I have looked at other tile shops but always come back to them. Lynne, thank you so much, you are fab, I have taken up so much of your time asking questions, dithering about different styles and tiles and you have always made time and given me brilliant advice, including this morning, thank you!!
