I visited on the Boxing Day with my family as well as my brother and his family, so we were a group of 9. I'm always worried about going to a new restaurant as one of the children has a serious allergy to dairy but I needn't have worried as the owner served us herself and she was extremely helpful. The only meal that contained dairy was curry so that was very reassuring and for once everyone could have anything they wanted on the menu! The food was extremely good I especially recommend the beef in black bean sauce as well as the pancake roll starters and the service was very good too. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Chinese food. We will certainly be back very soon in the new year. Parking: Plenty of local parking, free after 6.30pm Dietary restrictions: Everything apart from the curry is dairy free!
We went there as a large group. Really enjoyed the food. The taste was great. Loved the noodles and fried rice. The service was attentive and didn’t take as long as some of the reviews here have mentioned. We will be back when we are back in the area.
We had a fantastic experience here. For a start, the restaurant opened on a Sunday for lunch just for our group which was extremely generous of them. The staff were lovely, the portions were good and the food was delicious. Highly recommended! Would definitely go back again.
Superb decor, friendly and helpful service, definitely a place for a special occasion - and, in fact, any occasion! Can't wait to go back a second time. And don't miss their mysterious Mocchi dessert. That alone made our visit worthwhile. Put Mandarin high on your list of restaurants to visit. You won't regret it! Thank you Mandarin.
Lovely ambience and fast service are the two options that make this place a little ahead of its competitors. A perfect dine-in place in North West London. Must say they are focusing on proper Corona Safety guidelines. If you’re a vegetarian you will be happy to check this place because they have tons of options for Vegetarians too. I ate some really tasty Spicy king prawns Szechuan styles at the Mandarin yesterday. Tiger beer on tap, occasional live music, reasonable prices & classy decor. Highly recommended.
Have been a customer for more than 7 years and one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area for sure. Ordered something from their restaurant menu tonight that wasn’t showing in the UberEats app but the restaurant were only too happy to fulfil my order and make it exactly the way I asked. Manager even called me back to apologise for the item not being available on the app, which she didn’t have to do! Really happy with the customer service. Food was lovely today as well. Thank you for the Peroni! It’s the little touches that make customers return and it seems they have that on point.
We went to eat here after 4 years, even though the decor has changed a little and it still nice, the food is still amazing, we had friendly lady named Poona who was serving us, and was so friendly with the kids, nothing seemed too much trouble, she was wonderful 5 stars for her service Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff Parking: We managed to get parking right outside the restaurant
