All of the staff have always been very helpful and very caring whenever I have needed their help in sorting out my two little boys Baggie and Charlie both rescue cats whether it be for simple things like flea and worm treatments to matters of life and death situations. All pricing of treatments very reasonable.
Registered recently, was very straight forward. Staff member was very friendly and helpful. Took my kitten in for his first vaccinations. All very efficient, friendly and professional. Parking is a little awkward but it's not a major issue.
As always with any vets, you need a 2nd mortgage but if needs must then this is the place to go. Really nice family friendly vets and looked after my frenchie every time we have gone. Customer service is quality
Great staff and the vet we saw was 1st class when attending to our Lily with her injury, thankyou to you all.
Have been regularly attending with my cat for last 3 years. Always receive good care. All colleagues polite and courteous. More competitively priced for than others in the area. Shame they dont open on Saturdays anymore.
A lovely and caring team from the moment you walk in the door. Great vet and nursing team who look to help you every step of the way. The support team are also great taking time to ensure that you are happy with everything.
The vet herself was Amazing. Friendly, caring and helpful. But the Lady on the front desk wasn’t very helpful and quiet abrupt when I asked for some advice and information on a care plan, she pointed and just told me to get a leaflet and read that. Although a gentle man then came along and did explain a few things to me that wasn’t in the leaflet so he was great.
Lovely vets,I take my three all the time,I'm on the pet plan.would highly recommend
Mixed review. First of all I want to thank Ian and Debbie for their input regarding my complaint and the support on the day of the complaint. I took my dog to the vet due to an allergy flare up. I took her as a baby regarding this allergy and followed advice from a different vet to try a change in her diet which I did and saw a massive improvement in her skin so I didn’t wish for her to be on lifetime medication when it wasn’t needed. When I returned I was told it’s my responsibility state the obvious why don’t you then she was really trying to have a go so I said “are you trying to insinuate I neglect my dog?” To which she turned round and said yes I am, so I walked out as that’s ridiculous! When I requested my dogs medical history the notes stated her paws were red raw and she had conjunctivitis, this is all false. This was an attempt to justify her comments. I have taken my dog to another vet who confirmed she did not have conjunctivitis or red raw paws and her flare up was likely caused by the weather change and the fact she had just come off season. The vet was extremely rude, zero customer service skills along with the receptionist who was giving one word abrupt answers when I asked about speaking to management and then when I was talking to Debbie in another room came barging in and hit the door into my arm! I had both of my dogs at this surgery since puppies and it’s a shame we’ve had to leave due to the behaviour of these individuals!! I took my other dog to see this same vet prior to this appointment and she told me it’s okay to cut my dogs nails into the wick as it would soon stop bleeding, this would cause trauma to my pet! As cristina is the only vet there currently and is fraudulent on documentation, rude and obnoxious i wouldn’t return. Other than that great practice never ever had an issue before she worked there!
Very bad. Was told my cat needed teeth out urgently and make an appointment with the receptionist. She said you can't make an appointment we have to ring you because there is a long waiting list. She was very arrogant and said you can always go to another vet which we did
