I needed work done urgently. They communicated well with me and got the job done within the time frame I needed. Price was reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

I have been left outraged by how rude Scott was. I called a plumber for a leak at 8pm on Saturday evening and he arrived promptly. It was a steep downhill from there. On arrival I asked Scott to remove his boots as the problem was upstairs, to which he rudely exclaimed, "we're plumbers not interior designers". This was a fact I had grasped. As soon as he had arrived to inspect my bathroom where I suspected the problem to be, he poked a hole through some dodgy grout in between tiles in the shower enclosure. He gleefully exclaimed "there's your problem". I then asked whether he was sure this was the only problem, as there was a substantial water leak going into the next room and causing significant damp problems with the downstairs ceiling, to which Scott replied, "I have been doing this for 34 years." I questioned how he knew there wasn't another problem, e.g. with the drainage from the shower. Scott's response was to offer to pour water down the gap between the grout he had created. At this point I gave up and requested a quotation for the job, before he started. He refused to answer this and instead demanded a cup of tea, and started to apply grout. Whilst he was applying grout I continued to ask for a quote, and finally got "£180 call out charge plus hourly rate for my time, and this is why I'd rather just get on with it". After he finished his job, he proceeded to charge me. At which point he kindly waived the hourly fee, given that he'd been there 20 minutes. He billed me £220 (inclusive of VAT, which wasn't specified in the dodgy quotation earlier). The problem is still there and I have had an actual plumber come to sort out the problem properly. The sealing of the tiles wasn't even done properly, and there is still a gap between the tiles. This is the worst experience I have ever had from a trademan, and I wouldn't recomment this company or Scott to anyone.
