The coach station is clean tidy and well maintained. Toilets 30p but clean. Staff available to help. Seating available inside.
Beautiful bus station in the heart of Manchester. The station isnt very big but have options to buy tickets in person as well as have information booth for assistance. It is always recommended to buy tickets online from National Express website. Convenient seats inside bus with good leg space. If you are not in hurry, bus should be the option to enjoy the natural scenery as well as the ticket is way cheaper compare to other forms of transport like train.
Ladies toilets only 1 cubicle in use out of the 4 and no toilet role. Had to pay 30 pence for the privilege. Disgusting needs sorting.
You have to pay to use the toilet here with exact coins only. Therefore, I had to buy a small bottle of coke for £2.70 to get change. I believe that National Express ticketholders should have free access to the toilet as travel is stressful enough without having to worry about bringing exact coins to use the loo!
Bus left 5 minutes earlier, I didn’t get my money back.
