Great facilities and easy to use. This airport is usually used by travelers going to the north west region. Compared to Liverpool's airport, it attracts much traffic. Do have a safe trip
Eerily quiet compared to what it was like before. Having said that food shops, medicines, books are all open so it all feels normal in a socially distanced way. Got through all the formalities with minimal delay.
It's been an unfortunately unusual time, because of the covid-19 restrictions, many of the facilities could not accessible, however the management has been excellent in their approach. Very clean environment and helpful staff.
Loved the overall experience. The check-in and check-out both were smooth and the staffs are lovely. Plus convenient infrastructure.
Good Airport only challenge is only passengers are allowed inside the terminal currently due to current pandemic.
Terminal 1 had no drop & go. You have to drop off inside the car park. Cost too much. £12.00 for 45 minutes. Inside the terminal it was quite. Only passengers who are travelling are allowed inside
I had good experience, by mistake I went in wrong parking I paid for that but they sort out as I went in right place. They were very helpful. Thanks team Manchester airport.
My experience at this airport is positive, I have not had any inconvenience or delay, it is very intuitive and everything is well detailed. As for management, the process to enter is somewhat tedious and slow, unlike other airports, effectiveness is not its strong point.
Domestic arrivals are so easy no check points all just need to walk through. International arrivals are bit slow. Always found a long queue with two officers at the checking desk. Well accessible to the public transport.
