Paying comunal ground manteinance to live in this conditions is insulting
There is absolutely no way to get in contact with the company regarding any problem that you have. Been on the phone waiting to get in contact with an associate for the past 20 minutes. Same with live chat. The out of hours emergency line is basically useless as they will not do anything regarding any query that one might have.

Booked an emergency appointment about my central heating today but after a long wait still i am waiting for them.
Unhelpful staff, useless organisation, dont care about mental health, dont do repairs and generally the worse housing association I've ever seen run or had to use . Have been waiting for repairs for 3 years and been waiting to move since March then postponed delayed and ignored. Big bunch of people with no clue and liars
Worse housing ever absolutely fuming had no heating or hot water for 3 days been told cant do it for another 3 days which now I have to book time off work as they don't seem to understand people have jobs and won't work around them
