Beautiful shop. This is the best mama's and papas I've ever visited. Well laid out and has the nicest stock available out.

On behalf of myself, son and daughter-in-law, I would like to thank the staff at the Birstall store, in particular Sophie, for their help, advice and overall excellent service. As first time parents/grandparent we were expecting to do a little browsing and fact gathering on possible pram options and were very impressed by the level of detailed knowledge and the willingness to demonstrate and explain the pros and cons of a host of options. We did in fact make a purchase of a 6 piece bundle ( who knew such things existed?) and left the store smiling happily. I have already recommended the store to a friend. Thanks Sophie.

Ordered the flip xt 2 bundle on the 23/10/2017 to be delivered to mamas and paps birstall, leeds didn’t arrive til the 27/10/2017 which was quick , so I presumed all will be ready by now to pick up on the 29/10/17, to my surprise the pushchair wasn’t so I was told that will come in a different order in a couple of days, I travelled back to mamas and papas birstall,leeds for the 2nd time 4 days after still nothing then the assistant manager investigated and then I was told the order was idle which is completely no help to me as i needed the pushchair. I got no phone call explaining this to me and why this had happened which was extremely disappointing and a waste of my time travelling to and from mamas and papas birstall , leeds . So the assistant manager had to request order the again, which resulted me to have third trip for 1 bundle which arrived on the 7/11/17 , I finally have a fully bundle which i ordered but I am dissatisfied with your delivery service and lack of communication. POOR service.
